- International Shipping: Currently, ShineOpal ships to locations within the United States only. We are working to expand our international shipping options.
- Shipping Address: Ensure that the shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Times:
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors like location, shipping method, and third-party carrier delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
